Thanks

First I want to thank my supervisor, Prof. Dr. H. R. Ott for obtaining the occasion to perfrom my diploma work in his laboratory on this very interesting subject. It was a challenge to work in your group.

Thank you very much, Jorge. You were a great teacher and colleague. It was a fascinating -- and sometimes thrilling -- time working together with you and Shpend.

Many thanks to Shpend for the good time we spent together doing, learning and discussing about physics and NMR. I am looking forward to work with you and Jorge in the NMR team soon.

I am very grateful to Patrik. There were many situations where your hints helped me to relax. I learned a lot from you.

I want also to show my gratitude to Evelyn Kaufmann, Christoph Wälti, Konrad Gianno and Stefan Siegrist for helping me with my constant computer and software troubles, to Hans Thomas and Erich Felder for your help in the lab, to René Monnier for your patience in arranging for us a new computer for the lab. Thank you very much, Marisa, for helping me not to forget anything and to arrange all the official stuff.

Many thanks also to Tomaz Apih! You showed me how a really good NMR program has to look like.

I am very grateful to my parents. You made it possible to me to study physics and to write this work. It would not have happened without you.

Finally my very special thanks to my girlfriend Sabine. Your understanding at the beginning and your patience and interest at the end of my work, despite of you having your final exams, helped me very much.
